Settings
Everything here belongs to the whole app, not to one project: the people who can sign in, the instructions every project follows, what the analyst knows about the company, its voice, what the app can do, what it has cost, and the builds that got it here.
People with logins
Everybody who signs in with an email address and a password. An administrator owns the whole app and sees every project. A project manager creates projects and runs the ones they are on. A participant answers and gathers on the projects they are on. People who only answer by their personal link need no login at all.
A temporary password is shown once, here. Read it to them; they choose their own the first time they sign in. It runs out after a day.
The email address is what they sign in with. Any address is accepted.
Instructions for all projects
Your standing instructions for how the AI questions people, in every project. It follows them silently, starting with the next question it writes in any conversation. Instructions for one project only live on that project's own page, and where the two conflict the project's own text wins. To turn these off, empty the box and save.
Write every instruction as if the person answering could read it: careless wording can surface inside a question, so never put anything secret here.
Company memory
Background every project reads. It shapes the questioning of everybody in every project, present and future, and its content can surface in the wording of questions. Only what anyone you might ever invite may safely learn; anything confidential to one project belongs on that project's page instead.
Paste the document text here, or choose a file above — it fills this box.
Single short facts the AI knows in every project, present and future — no document needed. Same discipline as the documents above.
One fact, one sentence.
Voice
The analyst speaks with this voice on live calls. Click a name to hear it; the highlighted one is in use.
While somebody is answering out loud, the analyst writes what it would ask next and makes the sound for it, so its next question comes back in a second or two instead of six.
How it sounds, and how long it waits. Move any of these during a call. The next thing the analyst says uses the new setting.
How fast the voice speaks. Lower is slower. 1 is the voice's own speed.
How much the voice rises and falls. Lower means more rise and fall; higher makes it flatter and steadier.
How much feeling is put into it. 0 is flat reading; higher is more expressive.
The analyst says nothing at all until the room has been quiet this long. 0 means it answers the moment it is ready.
Features
What this app can do. A switch takes effect at once, for everyone; turning one off never deletes anything.
AI spend
What the AI calls have cost, measured per call at OpenAI's published rates. The app cannot see the account's balance, so it does not guess at it: a warning appears only when OpenAI actually refuses a call for lack of credit (check the billing page).
Build history
Every build of this app, newest first, with what changed in it. An entry is written when a build is confirmed working. What this app is running right now is beside its name at the top of the page.
Hidden projects
Projects taken off the list by the old Delete button. Nothing of theirs was destroyed: everything they hold is still here, and Reopen puts one back where it was. Remove permanently is the other way: it destroys what the project holds, for good.
